Many nutritional consultants & physicians don’t listen to their own advice.  Often this is because it is not a sustainable program.  While not everyone needs the same diet, many are finding the Typical American Diet is causing them issues & are now trying to find viable alternatives.  I also am finding many who are becoming more spiritually aware, are ready to “clean-up” in their eating as well.  I not only talk the diet talk, I have walked a low carb walk for 17 years, with over 5 years in ketosis from a low carb, moderate protein, high fat (LCHF), ketogenic diet.  I provide close support in the process of nutritional changes, helping you through the many questions & struggles involved while learning about healthy lifestyle choices.  

There are so many people not only enjoying the weight loss benefits, they also are discovering the many health benefits associated with living a LCHF, or ketogenic lifestyle. I don’t sell any fake dietary supplements or products!  I help you make sustainable, affordable, real food changes for day to day living!!! I don’t think buying fake food or a quick fix drink, does anything for you long-term, except drain your bank account!  The only time you may need to pay for something like exogenous ketones, is in conjunction with a low carb diet & when battling cancer, epilepsy, severe diabetes, or perhaps as a performance athlete needing to maintain a very high blood ketone level for performance enhancement. 

Regardless of my way of eating, I do not feel everyone needs to be on the same diet. We are all unique! So, as your coach, I will help you:
